Will Insurance Cover my Sessions?

We Accept Most Optum (United Health Care), Aetna, Cigna, and Blue Cross/Blue Shield.  We do not be Accept Medicare or Medicaid plans, but offer self pay options.  Reach out to learn more about coverage options.

How Long is a Session?

Sessions Typically Last ~55 Minutes.

How Often will I Need Therapy?

It Varies, but Sessions Typically are Weekly, Bi-Weekly, or Monthly.  The Frequency can Change as Things Progress or New Situations Arise.

What if I Don't Feel Like Therapy Isn't Working?

If You Don't Feel Like it is a Good Fit, Please Let Me Know and I can Provide you with some Referrals or Assist in Finding a Potentially Better Fit.
